Our INGREDIENTS

The bread and pastries we bake begin with farmers and millers who know their land, their grain, their craft. We choose ingredients for their integrity, not convenience.

All of our baking starts with stone-milled flour from Camas Country Mill, Cairnspring Mills, or Chimacum Valley Grainery. We sweeten with organic maple sugar from Barred Woods Maple or locally sourced honey from Liza Jane’s Farmstand. Eggs come from our small flock, dairy comes from Creamline Farms and Catherine Creek Creamery, vanilla from Singing Dog Vanilla and chocolate from Guittard Chocolate.

We believe in full transparency. Our ingredient list may be small, but it's the best, and we'll keep this page updated as we grow and source.
